Basic T-shirts colors


Pricing:

Custom Screen-printed garment prices are based on total quantity, the color and type of garment, how many colors in your design(s) and how many locations you print.
Embroidery prices are dependent on stitch count (how many stitches it takes to embroider your design) as well as on total quantity and the color and type of garment.

Artwork:

We accept artwork via e-mail in the following formats: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and others.

Basic ink colors

Payment Options:

A 60% deposit is required to begin production, the balance shall be due and billed upon completion and shipment of your order.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) and debit cards bearing the Visa or Master Card emblem. Please note credit/debit card payments are processed through “FRESH INK CLOTHING INCORPORATED” our parent company.
We also accept checks and money orders (please allow extra time for the mail and for checks to clear).

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Our products are guaranteed to be first quality products, no seconds or irregulars, free from manufacturer defect. Screen-printed items are guaranteed to hold the ink through normal laundering procedure (see garment tag for instructions).

Shipping:

We normally ship via UPS ground. Delivery time varies according to state and zip code. Upon request we also ship UPS Next-Day, Second-Day-Air and & 3 Day-Air.

Minimums:

The minimum order for custom Embroidered garments is 12 pieces.
For Screen-printing there is no minimum order! However the price is based on a sliding scale: the greater the quantity – the less the price.

Production Time:

Production time is dependent on many variables such as total quantity of pieces, how busy we are, how complicated your artwork is, etc. However we pledge to process orders in a timely manner. We do not charge extra for rush orders and will do our best to meet your deadline!

Ordering Procedure:

Information you will need at the time you place your order is: garment type and color, quantity, sizes, image size(s), ink color(s), preferred delivery date, credit card information, billing address, shipping address. You may send artwork send as an e-mail attachment.

Set-Up Charges:

There is a set-up charge for screen-printing! Ask us how we can save you this charge (depends on size of order)
There is a one-time set-up charge for embroidery.

Reorders:
You will NEVER have to pay set-up charges on reorders, however pricing on reorders is based on total quantity you reorder. In other words if your original order was 100 units and your reorder is 50 then you can expect to pay a little more per unit. On the other hand if your reorder is for 150 units then expect to pay less.
