We accept artwork via e-mail in the following formats: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and others.

Please provide all files for e-mail using the following guidelines:

All files should be prepared for use on the PC platform.

We use the following software applications: Corel Draw 11, Adobe Illustrator CS, and Adobe Photoshop CS.

Vector files made in Corel Draw (version 11 or lower) or Adobe Illustrator (version CS or lower) are preferred.

Please be sure to save all typeset characters as outlines (Illustrator) or convert to curves (Corel).

Adobe Photoshop files (psd, jpg, tiff, etc.) must have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher when close to print size.

Please name the file with something related to the customer order. Example…John Smith, PA, “baseball design”.

Please note: If any of the above requirements are not met, we may require extra time to process your order and charges may apply.

Once your order is placed and we receive your artwork we will e-mail you a sample layout for your approval before printing.

If you don't already have an image we can create one for you for an additional charge.
